About HYUNZI

HYUNZI is a womenswear label shaped by a quiet contradiction: a cool, androgynous composure met by details drawn from softer, more feminine gestures. Each piece is built around considered lines and intentional silhouettes, designed for the woman who wants her clothes to feel both grounded and precise.

We design in the space between. Our work lives in the gap where opposites meet — structure and ease, the declarative and the suggested, edges that touch and edges that miss. These in-between places are where the interior life of our founder, Hyunji Yoon, takes form; every garment carries the residue of that interior language.

The process begins by loosening familiar silhouettes. Conventional patterns are taken apart and reassembled so a sharpened line can sit beside a quiet curve, and so two different temperaments can hold a single conversation inside one piece. The result is a small, deliberate balance — not a statement, but a weight that settles in the right place when worn.

For us, clothing is less a covering than a sculpture of the space it moves through. A HYUNZI piece is meant to shape an atmosphere around the wearer — a surface where her own narrative can rest, soften, and come forward.
